Here is a very drinkable Cabernet with massive fruit and berry flavors, velvety mouthfeel very nice
toasty oak finish framed with thick but soft tannins and a pinch of tobacco and earth.

2010 SAUVIGNON BLANC
The grapes in this wine were rippened to perfection. Ripe, lush fruit gets some added creaminess from barrel
fermintation and one year in the oak. Butterscotch, pear and a little green apple make this wine,
a wonderfully balanced wine.

Treat your sweetheart to a decadent day of wine and chocolates on Saturday Febuary 11th or Sunday Febuary 12th at the wineries in Manton.
Shasta Daisy Vineyards, Ringtail Vineyards, Alger Vineyards, and Indian Peak Vineyards will all be open for winetasting and serving chocolate of all different kinds.
